  • I'm over in Nassau. I haven't found anyone else nearby that is into CBGs. Figured I wouls strike up a conversation.

  • Beautiful guitars. Do you have a shop in chatham? I'm only a few miles away.

  • Hi Michael,

My e-mail is 2a94509 on the Gmail thing.  You know, at gmail.com.  Spammers. . .

Anyway, I hope I can make it to the show.  I grew up on a farm so I know my way around basic firearms.  And at one time I had a security clearance, so I'm pretty sure the background check won't be an issue.  Haha.  I had a couple handguns when we lived in Colorado, but now that we are back in NY. . .well, you know.

  • I sold one on Etsy, thru my son (he is more knowledgeable than me on that kind of stuff). He asked if I wanted the buyers e-mail to follow up on the sale.

  • Do you do any follow up with the customer on your Etsy sales?

  • Oooooooo, black walnut...one of my faves! Ok, I'll keep all this in mind for when I'm ready. Thanks on the music. Hey, have you downloaded your copy of the TVZ tribute album yet? ;-)
  • Yep, if Momma ain't happy...the music on my page is indeed me. Thanks for the compliment. I'm getting ready to upload another instrumental tomorrow that refused to want words. It's different from the other stuff: minor key to major key shift, kinda banjoey, has some jazz elements that crept in. These dang boxes seem to dictate how they wanna be played; just gotta be open to whatever's in them, I guess. Hey, I forget: do you do resonators?
  • Michael,

Thanks for the Friend request, gladly accepted! I assumed we were already Friends, but that seems to keep happening here ;-). I like your gits; one day, we'll have to discuss a custom build (probably next Spring; I think I've reached the limit around my house right now!)
  • The Rocky Patel box does have Quite a good sound though I have started to think I should hve thinned the top for better resonance. The 9 x12 size probably makes it good the way it is

  • Hi I saw you commented on the tablesaw vs bandsaw forum and that you have a 12" craftsman bandsaw. I recently got one from a friend and have had problems with the blade walkinf to the left. I know verey little about the setup on these and wondered if you could give me some insight. I replaced the blade thinking the right side wore out that corrected the problem for a few cuts. Am I adjusting the tention wrong? any guidlines for tention would help. Let me know if you have any input. Thanks! by the way your builds are inspiring want to get to that level someday 1 at a time right.
