No cigar boxes this time. This is my 3rd solid body build. Lots of new techniques. Loads of fun to make.Solid beech body, oak neck, walnut fretboard. 2 hand wound single coil pickups with 3 way switch and master volume & tone. 4 strings tuned DADF#. Tru Oil satin finish

    Hey! THAT looks like a real guitar :-) Seriously, very smooooth, dude. Beautiful selection of beech and the appointments perfectly, tastefully complement - just as it should be. 6-string can't be far off?

    Richey - what a fantastic build!  I've built two non-cigarbox builds recently, my Route 66 sign resonator, and a little 3-string strummer-stick (which hasn't been posted yet...)
