See attached image: My buddy gave me an old humbucker that he traded out on one of his instruments and I want to build it in to a 3-string CBG. The CBG will not have a toggle between two pickups so I plan to ignore the red wire. Is that a good plan?
I am building an amp using a Gitty amp kit. The kit did not come with a guitar jack so I went down to our local electronic store and bought a jack. The package has a few squiggles on the back which I think are directions for connecting the leads t
I just completed construction a a Gitty license plate guitar. After I added the strings and started to adjust the strings, I noticed the action was so low that the strings are hitting the frets and giving a real tinny sound. I need to raise the act
Bare with me, I'm greener than a granny smith apple at this. Starting my first build and have watched tons of Glen's videos along with Shanes's. I am making my first CBG fretless and I have all the Gitty templates. Can I use these as guides even

I have built my first couple of cbgs one is set up with GDG the other is EBE. The frets I used were on eBay 2.2mm. I am fine playing the single finger chords on the thinner strings EBE. But have trouble with the GBG set up due to the thicker strings.
