    Thanks Gary! I'll leave the amps to others here who know a lot more about them than I do. I mainly focus on acoustic stuff nowadays but a built in amp is a great idea for anyone so inclined. Don't get me wrong, I love the plugged in sound but I've wandered off in a different direction!

    Thanks Unc. I was thinking to make an instrument from that shine box but if I have to get a real job again, or get drafted again, I might need it. ( Let's hope neither one of things ever happens! )

    That is just cute as heck and well displayed with the shine box.   I used a lot of Kiwi brand in my days with Uncle Sam's boys in green.
