Hey Richard, thanks for the friends request. I'd be proud to be your friend. Thanks, Dave
Great work you are doing> Nice to know you.
Hey, Richard. I really like your ukes. Glad to have you for a nation friend. I built a couple of sopranos, but they were poor players. I have a Lanakai concert that I like and play some.
Thanks for the comment Richard
Last Tuesday you commented on my ukulele asking how I stained the back and kept it from getting on the paper trim. I mentioned Frog Tape. Here is a website about it and a little video on how it works. http://frogtape.com/ I notice there is a newer product also that is for delicate surfaces. Might even be better, it is yellow tape. You can get it at almost any good hardware store, ACE, Walmart, etc. I have not tried this on a cigar box, bit like I wrote I know it works pretty good, least it did on my kayak. I will use it next time I build a uke and I want to stain, but save the paper.
Richard, Thanks for the friendship...I like the punch logo on the headstock to looks cool. Good idea.
