Rick, I have only built 3 so far, 2 were gifts for my brothers, the next will be for me! Don't have pics handy but will dig them out. with all the info available on this site I look forward to making better guitars. I have collected a bunch oh boxes and wood for necks, just need to clean up workshop and get busy.
Hey Rick, nice to meet a local cigar box fan. I just stumbled upon cigar box guitars after building two Martin style acoustic guitars. I like the simplicity of the cigar box guitars . I am reading and gathering parts for a build kind of like the three string slide guitar sound. Lots to learn yet, jack
I heard of speal's Tavern before, but I never realized it's nearby ubtil you mentioned it... It'd be great to get together some time, either when you're passing through or maybe at the PA CBG Festival.
Hey Rick, Thanks for adding me as a friend! Well us country folk up here in Carroll County especially the town of Lineboro don't consider ourselves part of the Baltimore Area, but yes 'bout 35 miles away from downtown.
