    Thanks Unc, Maddog and Keith. Thanks Sean, these are steel strings. I usually use banjo strings .010, .016, .023 because I buy them in bulk and they work for a bunch of instruments besides banjo. Tuned D,a,d. I know there are a variety of dulci tunings but this is the one I mostly use.

    This is great looking…Are those nylon strings?  If so, what sizes and tuning did you use…my dulcimer at home is tuned DAD.
