Hi Bizzaro...For my Tenor Ukes with steel strings, I use Electric guitar strings: Low G=26W, C=17, E=12, A=10. The string anchor point should be as short/close to the bridge as possible, no more than 2 inchs, because the total length of the string has a lot to do with way the string vibrates even though it is terminated by the bridge and nut. Having a sharp angle on the string at the bridge and nut is also very important. I always use a neck through for my steel string ukes.
