Those songs you said you'd love to play on are getting released July 20th. I hope you like the Artwork!! I totally envy you for being overseas, however, I will be there by the end of summer. We should jam!! ~ Mojo
Thanks for the comments Shelley. The Camacho amp is the result of my unwillingness to cut up the box for speaker opening, etc., and it worked out quite nicely, and sounds great, too. I hope to attempt a uke in the near future, and I hope I can pick your brain for basic details, e.g., scale length, number of frets, and other important stuff. I really appreciate your creativity and the results produced. Have a great day, Jess.
Shelley: It is easy to see your graphic arts ability in your creations. Stop by my blog sometime (http://totalrojoguitars.blogspot.com/) and let me know what you think. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Shelly, yes thats the one. Do you have any measurments for the design? I did play one. it had a awesome loud booming sound like one would expect from a good quality uke. My understanding is that Sam Kamaka made many of these ukes. I saw one on e-bay a couple of monthe ago. I'm getting materials together to make a few of these uklele. I have 5 of the correct boxes now. regards, James
Hoi Shelley, Dank voor je leuke reactie. Ik kom waarschijnlijk op 3 feb even kijken in de Unie. 27 feb weet ik nog niet of ik kan. In wat voor bezetting speel je dan? Met band of duo?
