Rob, Thank you for the friendship, the tail piece is just a 2" aluminum angle iron that the upper 1.5"/1.75" is cut off...I then drill holes for the strings to go through at the 90 degree bent. and use a bolt with the head cut off for the bridge/saddle. it's works fine but I am sure it is not the best way to do it. I see so many creative people here on CBN that have much better ways of doing things. But this has worked for me for now, but I hope to try a different way of doing it soon.
