Buzzing at 5th fret only.

If the tone goes buzz at only the 5th fret, does that mean fret is too high, too low or either? Could it be fret 6 is too high? I think this is possible because the pitch at fret 5 and 6 sound too similar. Also looking at my photo, 6 looks a bit…
