A tack banjo, a transitional style of instrument from the mid 19th century. Goatskin head, hardwood rim, ash fingerboard with green wash, fretless. Nylgut strings. Ebony tuning pegs. Boucher style neck. The fancy design denotes the 8th and 12th positions.
