Almost ready for gluing 1/2" rails in on the bottom of box for blind nuts. Bottom lid attaches with 12.....4mm flat head socket head cap screws. "F" holes were a little tedious, but worth the effort.

    I used my scroll saw and a very small file at some spots to smooth them up..
