  I've got a bucket of chokecherry and mead that have finally kicked into high gear. My apple has thrown off an incredible amount of sediment--more than I've seen before. When that compacts we'll rack it off and see how it is.
  
  I try not to complain too much, regardless.

  I ferment my own inebriants, too. Mead all year, chokecherry wine at the end of the summer, feral apple wines in the fall, miscellaneous stuff all year. I wonder how many of the other folks in this group are into similar sorts of this stuff....

  Hi, Matt. Nice to meet you. I went to high school with a guy named Matt Carroll. We were the only two "Matts" in the entire school at the time. I guess back in the late '70's/early '80's, it wasn't yet the popular name that it is now.
