Getting started

Box and tuning machine arrived in the mail Friday.  I picked up 6' of 1x2 red oak at Lowes Saturday.

Another newbie

Hi all:

Love the web site.

Has anyone made one with the twisted nylon masonry strings and eyebolt string tighteners? 

 

Which is best classic strings or if using real guitar strings do you think classic or folk strings are best?
