my diddly bows

In tihs video, I play a cigar box diddly bow i built from scratch. Building a stick on the box instrument was easier than bulding a stick in the box one but presented a bit of a challenge. What do i do about a bridge? Because this is a prototype and experimental instrument, I decided to have a 3/4 inch long screw eye serve the purpose.

I love that rustic style on didleys. There's just something about the raw look and feel that puts you back into a past generation of music.
