    Most wood ladders when built, they tend to bend the rail or legs. So it would play heck in trying to straighten it. I agree, use it for a stand for your retro looking guitars. I worked for 20+ years for Werner Ladder, but would not own one of their products now, since being made in either Mexico and China.

    Too beautiful to modify in any way. Make it a display for favorite guitar of the month.

    You could remove the hardware and use the boards to make a box for a guitar. It would have a rustic "distressed" look.
