Top and bottom are rebuilds. One was a great old Corina box that just disintegrated under string pressure. And I had reinforced it pretty well. One was a neat tobacco tin where my design was just piss poor.Top is GDG plays and sounds good. Bottom is a banjo and it is good too. Tuned high G then DGB. I have hopes of learning claw hammer on it.Both those boxes are King Edwards. On the bottom one, I flipped the top. The bottom one has real wood and the top one is fiber.

  • Thanks guys.   Yes, the bottom two for a nickel banjo is pretty old.  I think 1930s.     - Once I get started on them, rebuilds are fun and quick.
