I'm pleased with this (my third CBG). It sounds like a deranged Les Paul plugged in, but it although it isn't loud played acoustically, it has a nice, friendly and warm sound. It has twin humbuckers from a cheapo LP copy and full size pots from a gretsch. It looks like crap.
