  • Wow Wee!!!

    What an undertaking?

My projects usually are done over 3 weekends.

  • Thanks Micheal

  • Great achievement Bernie

  • The white keys here were covered with re-cycled old piano key-tops. This material could be used extensively in CBG's, is high quality and has value. My black keys were cut from ebony guitar finger-boards but I could also have recycled the old piano black keys.

There are probably many other items that can be re-deployed in instrument building....

  • I made this long before I had even heard of CBG's! They only take a few days...this took years!

  • Thanks for your comments. As I am a musical instrument fanatic and have a wide collection of them across all types. Making a replacement set of piano keys might be possible but challenging! Vicious!!!

  • way out of my leaque..great work....i look at craigslist ads for free stuff to use to build cbgs...found an ad that listed a really nice grand piano...with no keys...the person's Ex left and took the keys to be spiteful....bet you could have done something with that...

  • Wow. And not a single cigar box! Beautiful!
