Steampunk 3 String

The slatted top was meant to subconsiously make you think of old oak clad boilers etc. To do it, I glued a second piece of ply on top of the box, then sliced it at 10mm intervals on the table saw. The carry handle (top) folds flat against the back for playing.The p bass pup is standard bar the sheet copper veneer.

    Is that a Rockometer on it?  Its 11 on the scale of rock I reckon.

    Top effort mate real cool love the idea of the cogs turnin when you adjust the Volume - the top reminds me of a ships deck , sweeeeeet :)
