@Daniel Walter. Nope. The holes you see are only to prevent the wood from splitting during bending. I have started in opposite corners with two 1 mm holes and used jigsaw to cut this shape. After the bending I used square file to remove the traces of the corner holes
spooky. i see the holes you used to start the "hole", did you also use holes for the width cut? always the hardest, easy to cut into a cigar box, but to make a nice square end is always a challenge. especially if you want to keep the piece so it fits. razor knife works, but takes forever.
