Side sound hole

All wood Box. Mahogany sides, unknown hardwood top and bottom. Burnt sienna and ochre watercolor stain on the neck. Poly rub on varnish.

  • The strings just fit the 12 inch scale D. They very in length depending on how they fit in the peg box of a viola. I don’t think they would fit a CBG unless it was a uke size. I use the bass two strings of a four pack.
  • 12 inch scale? wow. how long are viola strings? wonder how they would sound on a guitar? Are there 4 to a pack? Which 2 do you use? Color me curious.

  • Yup, another 2 string fiddle. 12 inch scale and viola strings fit perfect Uncle. I’ve put the lower two strings on.
