This is the the third box this neck has been in. Last was a double necker, which just didn't suit me. I think the git will finally stay as it is. Short scale 21.5 inches. Good player. Sounds great plugged in with the Gitty covered bass mag pup.Now it suits me.The inscription on the stone says 'My strongest trials now are past. My triumph has begun.Who knows the name of the song that line comes from?

Thanks guys. The verse on the stone is from the song Angel Band. Turtle, I think Emmy Lou did sing on that song in the movie 'Oh Brother Where Art Thou?'
