your finish is so nice I thought this was made of molded Plastic.,., very pretty .,.,great job.,.,
I look at this and say to myself, W O W ! ! Someday,..... maybe, mine MIGHT look as nice ! Very nice inspiring work !
GREAT paint job! Love what you did with that safety feature so you hand doesn't slam into the tuners. Very very classy.
@ c baxter ... The fingerboard is Red Oak stained with vinegar that I have steeped with bits of steel...
then oiled with Danish Oil and waxed...
The rest is painted with Lacquer primer and top coated with Krylon enamel...
Lots of sanding between coats...
