Moon & Stars 2

My wife said don't you think you have spent enough time on that, so I guess thats it finished. Wooden bowl body painted and decorated, stainless steel plate with moon and star cut outs, toffee hammer bridge/tailpiece, diamante belt buckle stars. Neck is a slat from an old bed mounted on a piece of broom handle.

    Your right Unc, early instrument makers only resorted to bone due to the rarity of toffee hammer's.

  • Yup.  Like the other said.  I hear toffee hammer saddles give better sound than bone.
