2.5 Watt Artec ampboard stuck in the top section with middle section to house a boost circuit and perhaps some kind of tone circuit. (to be built later)

This is on hold right now, thought I'd better step away from it for a little while and do what I know - How to build decent CBGs. Electronics have always eaten my lunch. The middle was going to house a boost or similar circuit since my pickups, (so far), are all low-z. It WILL have a bypass. (hopefully)I'll get back to this someday after I finish a couple of builds.
Definitely looks too good to dump! Is it feasible to bypass whatever is in the middle section? I see you mentioned future plans for it; so it may not even be part of the circuit yet?
Thanks for the tips and moral support. I tried four batteries, so I doubt that is it. I've been at this for a year now, hundreds of hours of reading, I can at least read a basic schematic now, so there is that...
Yes, Brian Q has been a ton of help, teaching me along the way. Thanks again, Brian! Others, Paul Craig, John Sawyer and a few others have helped along the way. Sorry, I know I can't think of a few of you off-hand this morning, but thank you guys...
It looks real neat Ray! Electrics still give me grief (motorcycles in my case). You've had it working so that's a plus!...hopefully it's something simple to rectify.

Thanks Jerry!
cool..
Thanks Guys! All of you. You've inspired me to stick with it awhile longer. It is a learning experience and an exercise in patience.
That's the thing .. Never any " failures", just new discoveries of what wont work . ;-)
"...makes you the guru on the topic when someone else has the same issue "
One thing is certain: I now know a huge amount things that don't work.
