    yes, built in amp from fender. the wire loops the output back into the amp, that way a cord can also go to an external amp. there isn't as much feedback as i thought, provides a nice volume that's higher than acoustic. also has a music box built in, and speakers are on the back.

    What is that wire that is coming out and hocking up to?
