This photo captures some of the range of gitties I've built. The one on the far left was a kit that my son bought me in 2013 Christmas - that started it all for me! I've built 35 not counting the kit. You can most likely check out my other builds in my pictures section. Cheers!
I started slow in 2007, but to date, I have built around 25. I'm beginning to have more time to build more lately. The Illinois plate in this picture is mine (being rebuilt at the moment) the yellow one is my daughter's and the rest were built to sell. The only one not sold is the Colorado Rez-O.
Some real nice gits there, C.D.! As a new builder, about how many have you built-to-date? Looks like you have a little proclivity toward LPG's! So far, my closest build to a LPG is my Route 66 Sign. If I find the 'right' license plate, though....
I just realized that this series of posts on your fine picture features "A.K.A." members! Wow!
She works great! 1 new tube and new input jacks. A new power cord too. All cleaned up and ready for action! When I get some time, I post a video with some sound.
Free?? Such luck. Even if you had to put $100 into it (fresh tubes likely). When you say "her tube run red hot", I presume that means she worked great?
Farmer Ted! Thanks for the kind word. I'm a new builder, so comments mean a lot! And yes, that is a 57 Fender Champ! I got it free and about $100 later, her tube run red hot!!!

That's how it started for me too! My wife bought one for me as a gift as well!

Nice looking bunch of gits Mr. Digit. Is that a vintage Fender amp peeking around the side of the wine box?
Speaking of wine box, that would make a great cabinet for an amplifier...hmm.
