Yup!  its 5x8 inch and 1,5 inch thick  ,just big enough for a two or a tree string, she used her kindness in a other way i believe !  thanks for asking ! BrianQ! hope this answers your qeustion!

Hope so to Rope ! but them tin's usaly big or small have a good acoustic  rezzo kind off feedback sound, i have build a fjew, and they sound good acoustic and whit a pickup !

She was a woman in the history of amsterdam ,the capitol of holland, it was asumed that the painting was by Rembrand but in retrospect from his student ferdinant Bol, olso a painter in amsterdam , elisabeth was a patron  of the arts she supported  the artist whit food and lodgings in the Inn  from her husband, his last name translated was "BLACK DOG " ,and no john she was not famely. a woman from a other century  that looks good on a cigar Tin , to emulate  dignety ,sophistication, and the capitols love for the Arts. My grand Grand mother did look a bit like her but only cose of the Headweare from that peticular period.
