i live near a river. apparently whomever built this house around 1910 used river rock in the foundation. the dungeon floods, but only when it rains.

    right. the old cement floor is level, so the water is everywhere. no sump pump. needs a french drain, but i don't got the 5 grand. large dehumidifier runs 24-7 when i can keep it emptied. no mold yet, knock on wood.
