    The packet is effectively just a wrapper for a box made up with thin ply and scrap timber sides, the neck is screwed to a heel block so doesn't run thru' (that's the way I make most of mine these days).

    How did you strengthen the box! Just in case i can't find any cigar boxes LOL
    Is it a through neck construction?
