This is an upcoming project I've got going... maple neck with maple fingerboard, little strips of walnut inlays for fret markers, and oak dot inlays.Still got a lot of work to do: cut down the inlays, sand 'em all flat, shape the neck, headstock, etc etc. But I have a feeling this one is gonna look good once complete!Lemme tell you, those walnut strips were such a pain in the @$$ to inlay! Had to sand 'em to thin 'em out, and when they get that thin the like to splinter easily.The two larger walnut strips were due to the original strips breaking when I was sanding them down. It was a process man!
