Rob: I used Gorilla wood glue (not the foaming stuff) to stick the label to the headstock, let it dry over night then trimmed with a razor knife, then a couple of coats of spray-on clear polyurethane, after that was dry I outlined the headstock with a couple of shades of brown and red alcohol markers.
