"Thanks Dave", the box was the end result of a build that started out as one thing, and ended up as something completely different from the original idea :-)
"Thanks" 'UJ', as I stated I used the Timber Stains I had on hand at the time (the Yellow centre stain is actually a Cake Food Dye), If I was to do another one, I think I would go the Spray Can or Spray Gun method ala Dave Lynas style, and like you I was a bit worried about screwing it up when starting, and was not completely happy with the final result (but maybe I'm just fussy!) :-D
"Thanks" Andries, Yep! the Tailpiece String Holder is part of a foldable strainer, Dave uses them a lot, this is the first time I've used one of the many I have, and like the Pick, I have used the Vine Patterned Fretboard on many of my past builds :-)
344 its a great looker AGP# a bit of everything classic sunburst paint, UJ & Dave Stringholder, (believe its a part of a foldeble Salad bowl) used me self i believe, still have a bunch left, classic leaf Neck a la Swamp Witch, and a sink drain sound hole cover, The hole works on this one !! It gives a overall classic look to the 4 AGP# Nice one AGP# !

Nice burst AGP. Striking comfortable box.
Darn you, AGP. I am thinking about 'sunbursting' my current fave guitar. And worried I will screw it up. Now that purty git tempts me even more.
