"Thanks Jerry Jordan", this build is usually easily within reach if I want to have a quick pick or strum, without plugging into an Amp, because of its good acoustic sound.
"Thanks Uncle John", a build from a year or two ago, and yes the top is Spruce, from the soundboard of my old trusty recycled Piano, the box sides are also Spruce and the back is thin Cedar venetian blind slats, the neck (I think) is Poplar laminated with what I again think is Maple, the reso was hammered and tempered by myself from an old baked tin bottom.

That is just very nice. Great reso and f holes. Looks like a nice spruce top. Did you hammer that reso?
