Thank you Jerry! I squeezed the strat head down a bit width-wise to fit a standard width 4" (3-1/2" actual) board. The spoke shave makes shaping the back of the neck so much easier and faster.

Thank you, Rick. I did on the 4 string Cohiba, but did not on my other 4's. Probably didn't need it on the Cohiba since it had an oak fret board. 2 others without a fingerboard bowed, but are playable - not optimal action now. I need to build one with a fingerboard and no steel reinforcement and see how it ages.
