Hi, a while ago I built a 3 string CBG for a mate of mine for his birthday. He's not musical at all we mainly share an interest in off road motorcycling. After a year of playing his CBG and him being a woodworker he asked me to help him build a CBG.

I saw a video of a guy in India making a coconut banjo and he used a thin flexible plastic sheet with adhesive backing for the top. Can anyone think of a product in the US which could serve that function already with adhesive? Home Depot was no help
