  • I got an 'Orange Micro Crush' in a secondhand shop and love it. Big sound from a small unit, with a built in tuner. I got mine for £15, but think they're only £25ish new.
  • I like the Roland also, sounds good, lots of features and plays forever on a set of batteries.  Or one of these fine amps that I made.

  • The best is the Roland micro cube- loud and hightly versatile assortment of tones.,  cheap and good is Honeytone, make your own is a guitar fuel kit.
