  thanks rock city for the comment on the brass plate resonator,it was a fun build and has good tone.those plate resonators are fairly easy to build and they kinda look cool too with the different hole patterns in the box top. one reason i put a lot of holes in the box top is to allow more vibration from the plate itself. kinda experimental in a way like a lot of different things i try. thanks again.

  Ha! How's it going. You totally built my CBG and have a picture posted with it. It's the Chateau Real with the bone nut. I love it man! Now I'm building my own. Do me a favor and check out my diagram for "Overthinking a Diddley Bow" and let me know if you think it's plausible or a total waste of time.
