  • Thanks Steve. That is actually only one bowl not two. I currently don't build any to sell (I just don't have enough time) I build them for my personal enjoyment and for some close family members. There are many fine builders on this website that can set you up with what you are looking for.

    Thanks,
    Chuck
  • AWSOME GUITAR MAN

I CANT FIND TWO BOWLS THAT WILL WORK TOGETHER LIKE THAT.

I WANT A 3 STRING LIKE THAT HOW MUCH FOR ONE

I LIVE IN GEORGIA  THANKS MAN

  • Thanks Clock & Vinnie!
  • beautiful work Chuck,amazing

  • Nice! I couldn't help but think of George Formby ...

  • Thanks Uncle John!
  • Nice guitar!

  • Jim, the artwork was a pic I found online and copied and woodburned the outline into the box, this helps to keep the Ink from bleeding into areas outside the design when I fill it in with ink. You are right, "When I'm 64" would have been more appropriate but I just started playing stringed instruments about a year or so ago (been a harp player for 30+ years) and have a limited amount of skill/knowledge (self taught). Thanks!

  • Very cool Chuck! If you used cat gut for the strings you won't need the dish anyway. Was the art work free hand or some other method? I was half way expecting "When I'm 64" as your demo. Sounded great.
