  • Beautiful playing.  Celtic/folk vibe echoing from 1647.

  • Thank you

The guitar is a Gretsch G9220 Bobtail, with a spider cone and a Fishman Nashville pickup. I’m running that through a Line 6 AMPLIFi TT. As for FX I alternate between stereo square chorus and a Stereo expo chorus. For reverb using rich chamber with analog delay with modulation. For recording I  mic’d a pair of KRK monitors. Still haven’t totally worked that out yet. Seems to sound a little muddy to me. I just started experimenting with this Celtic vibe, usually lean more towards blues.

  • keltic sprinkels ringing treu ! do you record whit echo and flanger?

  • It's good to have you back, Kelly.  I remember you.  And some store-bought guitar posting is okay.  My last video was on one.  I hope to hear more of your good play.

  • Thanks John for the kind words. I tend to over share at times. I’ve been absent from the site for over six years now. Years ago have built many guitars and been involved with the cigar box nation posting many photos and videos. I understand it’s not the place for posting videos of store bought instruments. And I apologize.

  • Good playing.

  • I like the effects you're using. It sounds really spacious.

  • Very tense and atmospheric.  Battle coming.  Well done.  This is mostly a home made guitar site, but some of us post videos with store-boughts.   The best way to get an audience and interaction is to comment on other videos and photos, do some vids with home made guitars and lastly spread out the videos - not so much doing multiple postings on one day.

    You are a fine player.
