This is a tradicional Portuguese instrument.Not yet finished (finish is being applied).Top is Stika spruce, arm is bloodwood and pau ferro, back and sides pau ferro, fingerboard and tailpice ebony, rosetet is olive wood, oak bindings.

Thanks Uncle John. It has been quite a labour, but an exciting project. I even had to do all the blueprints from some net info a pictures.
Its the first of a very long project, making at least one piece of all the tradicional string instruments from Portugal.
here is the list of all of them except the Cavaquinho, that is not on that list.
