It's nice to hang on to things like that. They are more valuable than gold. I was cleaning out a junked up part of my shop last week and found an old butcher knife that had my Grandfather's initials carved into it. I am sure it was one that he kept put away for "hog killing" It made the whole shop cleaning worth it.
