Asked to build this for a friend. He provided the cutting board body. Inscribed "Life is better at the Lake"24" scale, electric, 15 frets, single coil pick up, volume, oak neck and fretboard, walnut/corion bridge, handmade tailpiece, handmade pickup and knob plates, corion nut. An Iridescent type of bead I used for the fish eye on the headstock. Tuned GDG

Thanks Jeff and UJ. LOL, no, the body is not the shape of the lake that I know if, but that would have been cool to say so. The owner is a lake/hunter type of person. He is ecstatic about this. He picks up next week. My friend drew the shape of the fish for me.
Something fishy about this one, Lon. Very nice. I like the crappie or maybe bluegill head stock. Looks like a crappie to me, but I have caught more bluegill than crappie. Is the body the shape of the lake?
I am not a big fisherman, but I like to fish. So far this year I have not gone fishing. I think that makes it the first year without fishing since???? Maybe the 50s. Pretty hot now. Maybe I will get out later.
