I built this for my wife, Debby, as a thank you for her support of all my artistic endeavors.We purchased the salvaged Victorian molding pieces twenty some odd years ago and held on to them thinking we would find a use for them one day. Other components consist of an earring, part of a silver chafing dish, a mason jar lid, a drawer pull and various other bits and bobs found at flea markets. Most everything used to make this was scrap from other projects or repurposed items.
