    Cool, 43!   I have made a few canjos and strummer-stix on a 23" scale; some of those were diatonic (dulcimer) fretted.   Fun to play, and based on your success with this 21" scale beauty, I think I'll give it a try soon!   Thanks, Bro'!

    Hey Reverend ! ... Being a Fender Telecaster freak, most of the CBG's I make have the Tele 25 1/2" scale, or sometimes the Les Paul scale of 24 3/4" .... I was running low on fret wire and decided to try the 21" just to see how it turned out, and I like it !

    I think I see a short scale (21") in my future too!  My normal scale is 25.00"
