    They are great pickups, not that powerful but really nice sounding...looks exactly like the oe I sold a month or two back..went from UK to France.

    hey bob...says Sears and Roebuk on the neck plate...so yup, i spose mail order was definatly a possibility...

    yep, think they are vintage, and they are black...i was worried they wouldn't sound good so i bought those other pups, but these sound really good...
