  I see atelectasis in the left lower lobe,  a foreign body in the right mid lobe, an enlarged heart and some kind of odd electronic device, maybe a pacemaker or auto defibrilator.  Combined with the fever, my preliminary diagnosis is Rock and Roll Pneumonia and Boogie Woogie Blues.
