I learned in this firing that I can reglaze the Shino right over a painting. In the last firing the glaze was too thin and fired dry. No good for a slide. The overcoat of Shino fired clear and shiny in today’s batch and fixed my problem. This is Big!

    Notice the ring of carbon trapping in the reglazed slides. It’s right where my reglaze stopped.
